on April 16th at 21:25 hours, small Naïma entered to world. With a head circumference of 34 centimeters, 3,090 grams, and its 48.5 centimeters, she has helped her mom. Mother and daughter are in good health.

am 16. April um 21.25 Uhr kam die kleine Naïma zur Welt. Mit einem Kopfumfang von 34 Zentimetern, ihren 3090 Gramm und 48,5 Zentimetern hat sie ihre Mama so geschont, dass wir eine wunderschöne natürliche Geburt hatten, die wir nie vergessen werden. Doch ohne die profesionelle Teamarbeit zwischen unserer männlichen Hebamme Rafa, unserer Doula Trini und natürlich dem Papa hätten es Naïma und Mama nicht so gut geschafft oder wären daran gehindert worden. Naïma und ihre Mama sind wohlauf. Sie müssen sich zwar noch aneinander gewöhnen, aber die neue kleine Famile genießt schon ihre ersten Tage.

El 16 de abril a las 21:25 horas vino la pequeña Naïma a este mundo. Con un perímetro craneal de 34 centímetros, sus 3.090 gramos y 48,5 centímetros ha ayudado a su mamá a tener un parto natural que recordaremos toda la vida. Así, como al "peaso" de equipo de profesionales que nos acompañó en esta aventura (nuestro matrón Rafa, nuestra doula Trini y al papi). Naïma y la mamá están muy bien, adaptandose la una a la otra y el padre también. Conociendonos y disfrutando mucho de estos primeros momentos.

le 16 Avril à 21h25, la petite Naïma est venu dans ce mond. Avec une circonférence de la tête de 34 centimètres, 3090 grammes et ses 48,5 centimètres, elle a aidé sa maman. La mère et la fille sont en bonne santé.
